This role is pivotal in communicating the value of Sanofi's pharmaceutical portfolio to global stakeholders, including payers, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies. By creating high-impact scientific publications and HEVA communication deliverables, you will directly influence access and reimbursement decisions, ultimately ensuring patients receive life-changing therapies. ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Create and manage HEVA communication deliverables, including manuscripts, posters, abstracts, and slide decks, aligned with the global HEVA communication plan across relevant business units and product teams.
- •Drive the establishment and maintenance of Core Value Decks for key products, providing a regularly updated synthesis of critical HEVA evidence for internal and external stakeholders.
- •Ensure strict adherence to publication SOPs and other compliance expectations, managing the end-to-end publication process through iEnvision (formerly Datavision/Matrix).
- •Collaborate effectively with HEVA, RWE, and scientific communication teams globally to identify publication needs and develop customized, high-quality deliverables.
- •Coach and mentor junior HEVA writers, reviewing their content and facilitating continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
- •Seek opportunities to innovate HEVA value communications, increasing the relevance and impact of HEVA evidence to inform optimal access and reimbursement decisions.
- •Develop and maintain deep therapeutic area expertise, liaising with healthcare professionals and institutions to support publication activities.
- •Provide strategic support to HEVA and scientific communication teams by conducting comprehensive publication-needs analyses and implementing regional publication plans.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced degree (MSc, M.Pharm, PharmD, MD, or PhD) in life sciences, pharmacy, public health, health economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in scientific content creation for the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or academic sector.
- Proven expertise in health economics, value assessment, epidemiology, or a related health-scientific field.
- In-depth knowledge of Good Publication Practice (GPP) guidelines and publication submission processes.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with a track record of publishing in peer-reviewed journals.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and within a team.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Experience with Real-World Evidence (RWE) generation and communication
- •Knowledge of reimbursement and market access processes
- •Familiarity with HEOR modeling and economic evaluations
- •Prior experience in a global hub or shared services environment
- •Certification in Medical Writing (e.g., AMWA, EMWA)
