ROLE OVERVIEW
Sanofi’s Global Hub in Hyderabad is a strategic engine for medical, HEVA, and commercial excellence. As a Scientific Writer – Health Economics and Value Assessment (HEVA), you will translate complex health economic and value evidence into clear, compliant publications and communication tools. This role is pivotal for demonstrating product value to payers, healthcare professionals, and internal stakeholders, directly supporting access and reimbursement decisions across Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, and CHC. You will partner with global HEVA, RWE, and scientific communication teams, managing deliverables from manuscripts and abstracts to Core Value Decks. ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Create and edit HEVA communication deliverables including manuscripts, posters, abstracts, and slide decks, aligned with global HEVA strategy and publication plans.
- •Manage core HEVA communication processes, templates, and products across the assigned therapeutic portfolio, ensuring consistency and quality.
- •Establish and maintain Core Value Decks for key products, providing a regularly updated synthesis of critical HEVA evidence on product value.
- •Ensure strict adherence to publication SOPs, Good Publication Practice, and all compliance expectations relevant to HEVA communications.
- •Collaborate with HEVA, RWE, and scientific communication teams globally to identify publication needs and develop customized deliverables.
- •Manage end-to-end publication workflow through iEnvision (Datavision/Matrix), including vendor selection, coordination, and timeline tracking.
- •Interact with healthcare professionals and internal experts to refine publication content, share therapeutic area insights, and support peer writers.
- •Innovate HEVA value communications to increase relevance and impact, informing optimal access and reimbursement decisions.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced degree (MSc, M.Pharm, PharmD, MD, PhD) in life sciences, pharmacy, health economics, public health, epidemiology, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in content creation for pharmaceutical, healthcare, or academic settings.
- Proven experience in medical writing, publications, or HEVA communications within a pharmaceutical or CRO environment.
- Familiarity with Good Publication Practice (GPP3/2022) and publication submission processes.
- Knowledge of health economics, value assessment, or outcomes research terminology and methods.
- Excellent written and spoken English with ability to translate complex scientific data into clear narratives.
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams and managing multiple deliverables under tight timelines.
