ROLE OVERVIEW
Sanofi is hiring a Senior Data Analyst for its R&D Portfolio Data Strategy & Insights team in Hyderabad. The role combines data stewardship with analysis, covering reporting data infrastructure, KPI definitions, semantics and AI-ready data principles across portfolio reporting.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Maintain and manage reporting data infrastructure so management reports and dashboards are accurate, consistent and delivered on time
- •Standardise and streamline cross-functional semantics that underpin key portfolio reporting products, following the capability lead's standards and enterprise requirements
- •Validate that published KPI calculations match agreed definitions, and support the establishment of data fabric and other digital reporting products
- •Advance AI-ready data principles so data is FAIR-aligned, consistently defined, documented and lineage-traceable for analytics, GenAI and agentic applications
- •Collaborate with Master Data Management teams on data quality, governance and alignment with enterprise data standards
- •Partner with the Digital Portfolio team on data transitions, system migrations and knowledge transfer
- •Develop documentation and maintain operations and management data workflows for seamless integration across platforms and stakeholders
- •Analyse complex datasets for trends, anomalies and process improvement opportunities, and create visualisations and reports that translate technical data into actionable insights
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Bioinformatics or a related field
- 3-5 years of proven experience in data analysis, data management or business intelligence roles with exposure to reporting systems and operations data
