ROLE OVERVIEW
Sanofi is looking for an R&D Change Management Expert at its Hyderabad Global Hub to lead the people-focused side of R&D transformations. The role involves change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption support across processes, systems, technology, roles and structures.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Apply Sanofi’s change management playbook and structured methods to design and implement change strategies and plans for R&D transformations.
- •Identify and engage key stakeholders, build support and reduce resistance from affected employees and groups.
- •Work with global senior leaders, executives, people managers and project teams to integrate change activities into R&D initiatives.
- •Conduct impact analyses and readiness assessments, monitor adoption before and after go-live, and use the findings to adjust action plans.
- •Lead the execution of change management plans and provide guidance and mentorship to change management specialists.
- •Present and communicate creative materials clearly to internal stakeholders and build agreement around proposed changes.
- •Design, develop, deliver and manage key communications and other activities that encourage adoption, including support through the hypercare period.
- •Assess risks linked to change initiatives, prepare employees for upcoming changes, monitor effectiveness and report progress and outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Business, Communication, Marketing or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Experience owning and leading change management, communications and/or marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical field
- •Project management skills or experience
- •Certification in change management such as Prosci or ACMP
- •Familiarity with artificial intelligence
- •French and German language skills

Understanding of pharmaceutical processes, product development and regulatory requirements
Familiarity with drug development stages, clinical trials and manufacturing processes
