ROLE OVERVIEW
Regional Medical Advisor I will translate Novo Nordisk's national Medical Affairs strategy into regional activities across Delhi, serving as a scientific partner to healthcare professionals and internal cross-functional teams.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Implement the national Medical Affairs strategy within the assigned region
- •Build and expand evidence-based relationships with key opinion leaders, diabetes specialists and other healthcare professionals
- •Attend scientific meetings and capture clinical needs, practice trends and unmet needs
- •Provide medical input to marketing, sales and brand teams on product positioning, clinical data and label information
- •Develop and deliver scientific training and education for healthcare professionals and internal colleagues
- •Share field insights with cross-functional Medical and Regulatory teams
- •Ensure all activities comply with local regulations, company policies and ethical standards

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MD or MBBS degree from a recognised institution
- At least 2 years of relevant Medical Affairs experience
- Understanding of diabetes and related metabolic disorders
- Ability to interpret clinical data and treatment paradigms
- Strong scientific communication, analytical and relationship-building skills
- High ethical standards and knowledge of regulatory requirements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Previous Medical Science Liaison or Regional Medical Advisor experience
