ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Track program KPIs, monitor risk registers (RAID/RAG status reporting), and manage project priorities using tools like JIRA and Power BI.
Develop change management strategies, strategic presentations, and training modules to advance enterprise data literacy and culture.
Act as a liaison between Business and Digital teams to align data storage, consumption, and reporting solutions with drug discovery and development goals.
