ROLE OVERVIEW
Manage end-to-end scientific publications and medical education deliverables while leading a high-performing team of project specialists.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Provide project management support for scientific publications
- •Coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings
- •Track delivery activities and manage issues and risks
- •Ensure compliance with publication processes and tools (e.g., iEnvision, PromoMats)
- •Manage external spend tracking and budget adherence
- •Lead, mentor and build a team of project specialists
- •Maintain integrated scientific communication plan
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Head/Group Lead/Team Lead - Scientific Communications Operations • Team size: Cross-functional matrix teams

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree level (Graduate degree, preferably in science)
- >8 years post qualification experience
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Pharma experience
- Proficiency in ESM / Service Now
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Relevant advanced/postgraduate degree in life sciences/pharmacy
- •Familiarity with AI/GenAI tools and automation platforms
