ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Build and nurture trusted professional relationships with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), hospital clinical teams, and key institutional stakeholders across Bangalore.
Develop, implement, and track structured territory business plans designed to achieve commercial sales targets and support superior patient outcomes.
Conduct regular high-impact professional visits and educational meetings to communicate clear, evidence-based scientific and clinical product data.
Gather customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market insights to continuously refine local territory execution strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance
Collaborate actively with cross-functional internal teams including marketing, medical affairs, and commercial operations to fulfill client requirements.
Maintain absolute compliance with GSK corporate quality standards, code of conduct, and local Indian pharmaceutical regulatory policies.
Organize and manage local professional medical meetings, clinical workshops, and continuous medical education (CME) events for key healthcare partners.
