ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Lead commercial sales operations and execution across the Surat territory to drive revenue growth and improve patient access to therapies.
Design, implement, and monitor structured territory business plans aligned with commercial objectives and healthcare market needs.
Build, maintain, and nurture trusted professional relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs), clinics, and key local institutional stakeholders.
Communicate balanced, evidence-based clinical and scientific product information to support informed clinical decision-making.
Educational Activities & Insights
Plan, organize, and execute local continuous medical education (CME) meetings, clinical events, and scientific workshops.
Gather territory feedback, market intelligence, and customer insights to refine commercial action plans and optimize field execution.
Collaborate cross-functionally across sales, medical affairs, and commercial operations teams while adhering strictly to GSK compliance standards and local regulatory laws.
