ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Assist in gathering and documenting functional business requirements, translating them into system configuration and technological solutions.
Support the configuration, routine administration, and maintenance of enterprise systems and application modules across business units.
Assist with enterprise system integrations connecting clinical, finance, procurement, and related life sciences business applications.
Participate in data migration projects, including executing data validation rules, data integrity checks, and post-migration quality reviews.
Generate and maintain standard operational reports, metrics tracking, and dashboards to provide business performance visibility.
Assist in developing comprehensive test scripts and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, and production deployment cycles.
Troubleshoot first-level routine application issues, log system tickets, and escalate complex technical defects to engineering teams.
Create and update essential technical documentation, user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
Support continuous process improvement initiatives to streamline product and operational workflows.
Technical & Domain Standards
Foundational understanding of enterprise systems, database architectures, and data querying principles using SQL.
Familiarity with software testing protocols, UAT processes, and system development lifecycle (SDLC) standards in regulated environments.
Exposure to corporate cloud environments and enterprise servers (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, IIS).
Knowledge of standard reporting, data visualization tools, and basic AI-enabled productivity workflows.
Leadership & Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional global stakeholders to clarify operational needs and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Maintain rigorous documentation standards and compliance discipline in alignment with global regulatory expectations.
Operate effectively during designated shift hours (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST) supporting cross-regional stakeholders.
