ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and execute product vision and strategy for custom software and GenAI solutions across Lilly.
Manage product backlogs, author detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, and prioritize release scopes in Jira or Azure DevOps.
Implement GenAI frameworks (LangChain, RAG, MCP, Agentic systems) and perform AI agent evaluation for safety and quality metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional software engineering, UX, and data science teams while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Leverage product analytics (Mixpanel, Google Analytics) and prototyping tools (Figma) to drive user-centric iterative development.
