ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Regional Operations for product launches and lifecycle management across US, ELMAC, and JAPAC regions.
Serve as Regional Operations representative on Global Product Development Teams (PDTs), Product Lifecycle Teams (PLTs), and Regional Operations Teams (ROTs).
Coordinate cross-functional activities across manufacturing sites, regional planning, regulatory affairs, commercialization, and affiliate supply chain teams.
Oversee site readiness, SKU creation, rationalization, and project gate review governance for uninterrupted product supply.
Monitor departmental KPIs for project launches and drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline execution workflows.
