ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections across all patient age groups.
Collect specimens for specialty testing including drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests.
Accurately enter patient information, process billing, and collect co-payments as required.
Prepare, process, and package collected specimens for laboratory testing and analysis.
Maintain detailed patient and specimen tracking logs while providing exceptional customer service.
Travel to secondary collection sites and support administrative/clerical duties when necessary.
