ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end ticketing lifecycle in ServiceNow, providing Tier 1/Tier 2 support for HR operations and Workday HRIS across Sanofi India.
Oversee complete Employee Life Cycle (ELC) management from onboarding to offboarding, including monthly payroll inputs, data audits, and headcount tracking.
Manage Workday core employee data, conduct regular system testing (R1/R2 releases), update Qlik Sense MDM data, and lead employee/manager training sessions.
Design and maintain operational dashboards tracking C2R metrics, SLAs, ticket volumes, and key HR service quality indicators.
Direct end-to-end International Mobility transfers and expat relocations, coordinating vendor management and compliance with global mobility policies.
