ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Colgate-Palmolive has announced an exciting opportunity for experienced healthcare and pharmaceutical professionals by opening applications for the Oral Care Associate (Field Executive) position in Mumbai. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in medical detailing, pharmaceutical sales, dental sales, or healthcare field operations who are passionate about building professional relationships with dentists and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong professional relationships with dentists and dental clinics.
Promote Colgate Professional Oral Care products and increase product recommendations and prescriptions.
Conduct regular clinic visits as per territory plans and develop new dental clinic partnerships.
Support dental conferences, CMEs, and professional events.
Coordinate with stockists and dental dealers to ensure product availability across pharmacies and clinics.
Generate demand for professional oral care products and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Monitor inventory, avoid stock shortages, and execute in-clinic product demonstrations.
Educate dentists on clinical benefits and support patient conversion initiatives.
Update activities in CRM (SAP Marketing Cloud/C4C), submit sales reports, and share competitor intelligence.
Attend product training sessions, learn new oral healthcare science, and participate in coaching programs.

COMPENSATION & REWARDS
₹5.5L - 8.5L per annum
