ROLE OVERVIEW
Manage warehouse raw material and packaging material operations at Lupin in Nagpur.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Handle RM/PM receipt, storage, dispensing, and issuance activities in the warehouse
- •Execute all tasks as per applicable SOPs and maintain cGMP logbooks and documentation
- •Monitor temperature, relative humidity, and environmental conditions
- •Manage inventory using SAP, WMS, and EBR systems
- •Perform stock verification, material reconciliation, and handle rejected materials
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Warehouse Manager • Team size: 5-8 warehouse staff

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduation in Science or Science Diploma in Pharm D Degree or Pharm D Degree
- 2 to 7 years of work experience in pharmaceutical warehouse management
- Hands-on experience with SAP, WMS, and EBR systems
- Strong knowledge of cGMP standards and warehouse SOPs
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Master's degree in Science, Pharmacy, or related field
- •Experience in handling manpower and warehouse team supervision
