ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Encube Ethicals Limited has announced a walk-in recruitment drive for experienced professionals in Production and Manufacturing for Officer, Senior Officer, and Executive roles across Filling, Packing, Dispensing, Documentation, and Bulk Manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Executing and supervising filling, packing, dispensing, and bulk manufacturing activities.
Ensuring strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and SOPs.
Maintaining and reviewing batch production records and manufacturing documentation.
Ensuring product quality, process compliance, and audit readiness.
Coordinating with production teams to achieve daily production targets.
Working in rotational shifts as required.
Required Qualifications & Eligibility
Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc (Chemistry), or M.Sc (Chemistry).
Experience: 1–7 Years.
Hands-on experience in injectable and semi-solid dosage forms.
Willingness to work in shifts. Candidates from Goa domicile are preferred.

COMPENSATION & REWARDS
₹2.8L - 8.5L per annum
Expected salary range spans ₹2.8 LPA to ₹8.5 LPA depending on designation, qualifications, and past experience, alongside standard benefits.
