ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of medical review professionals conducting reviews of promotional, sales training, and medical materials.
Oversee day-to-day medical review operations, budget projections, resource utilization, and operational trackers for assigned business units.
Partner closely with US and Global Medical Leads, Regulatory, Safety, and Commercial stakeholders to align medical content review processes.
Manage metrics reporting, congress planning operational support, and system metadata optimization across global-to-local workflows.
Ensure full compliance with US and international promotional guidelines, global regulatory standards, and Pfizer quality benchmarks.
