ROLE OVERVIEW
Lead project management for scientific communications and medical education deliverables, coordinating global stakeholders, publication workflows, compliance, budgets and team development across end-to-end delivery.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned publication and medical education projects
- •Build project scopes, plans and schedules with internal stakeholders
- •Coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings and track activities, issues and risks
- •Support publication submissions, compliance approvals and publication management tools such as iEnvision and PromoMats
- •Manage assigned project budgets and external spend including approvals, purchase orders and goods received
- •Lead global publication planning, medical events and advisory board coordination
- •Maintain integrated scientific communication plans and support ServiceNow workflow implementation
- •Lead, mentor and develop associate project specialists, project specialists and associate project managers
Reporting Hierarchy: Hiring Manager: Head/Group Lead/Team Lead - Scientific Communications Operations; Leadership responsibility for associate project specialists, project specialists and associate project managers

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- More than 8 years of post-qualification experience
- University degree, preferably in science
- Experience in project management
- Scientific or medical writing/communications experience
- Pharma experience including therapeutic-area knowledge and/or publication submission exposure
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- People leadership, mentoring, coaching and performance management experience
- Excellent spoken and written English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Advanced or postgraduate degree in life sciences, pharmacy or a similar discipline
- •Experience with Enterprise Service Management/ServiceNow
- •Familiarity with AI/GenAI tools and automation platforms
- •Experience coordinating global medical events, advisory boards and publication planning
