ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the end-to-end implementation, baseline configuration, and maintenance of the SAP SD module in an S/4HANA environment.
Manage and optimize the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, including sales orders, delivery, shipping, returns, and billing.
Lead workshops to perform fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into detailed Functional Specifications (FS) for RICEFW objects.
Assist in S/4HANA greenfield implementations or system conversions applying simplifications like Business Partner (BP) and FSCM Credit Management.
Execute unit testing, Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and maintain configuration documentation.
Collaborate with MM, FI, and PP teams for seamless cross-module integration and manage technical integrations via IDocs/EDI.
