ROLE OVERVIEW
Drive regulatory information management excellence and ensure compliance by managing health authority correspondence, queries, and regulatory workflows at Bristol Myers Squibb.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Upload health authority correspondence into BMSs RIM system including the required metadata
- •Create Health Authority queries in RIM and track to closure ensuring correct keywords and linkages
- •Create Commitment records in RIM and send workflows/reminders to users on a regular basis
- •Create and distribute global CMC Change Controls and IMP Amendment events for commercial and investigational products
- •Create and distribute global Labeling Change Control events and perform data quality checks
- •Create Investigator Brochure events and Marketing/Investigational registrations in RIM
- •Work autonomously with local markets to troubleshoot and resolve issues and provide user support
- •Ensure prompt attention to business-critical activities to ensure compliance and appropriate documentation

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS degree in science / technology field preferred
- 4-6 years pharmaceutical experience
- 2+ year of regulatory operations experience
- Strong knowledge of global regulatory practices and regulatory operations
- Strong knowledge of regulatory information management and submission guidelines
- Strong knowledge of health authority interactions (HA correspondence, queries, and commitments)
- Proficiency in regulatory information management software and computer systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Strong experience instructing and training end-users
- •Strong experience in the development of work instructions and quick reference guides
- •Effective written and verbal communication and change management skills
