ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruit, train, coach, and manage a team of Clinical Data Management Associates and Senior Associates executing study startup and conduct tasks.
Partner with resourcing leads to monitor workload capacity, forecast resource demand, and balance study assignments across programs.
Drive standardized ways of working, operational playbooks, and targeted capability training to improve data management delivery quality.
Serve as key point of contact for escalations regarding team deliverables, quality indicators, and stakeholder alignment.
Ensure full compliance with SOPs, GxP guidelines, and audit readiness while monitoring error rates, rework, and cycle times.
