ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor a team of Data Management Associates and Senior Associates.
Partner with resourcing leads to allocate associates across clinical studies based on skill and capacity.
Drive continuous improvement, establish standard ways of working, and address skills or process gaps.
Act as point of contact for escalations regarding team performance, delivery quality, and responsiveness.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and maintain audit/inspection readiness.
