ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee delivery of IT Site Support Services and concierge offerings across company site facilities.
Direct and lead site support teams and augmented technicians while providing hands-on technical support.
Serve as primary point of escalation for critical incidents, ticket queues, and service metrics reporting.
Manage site IT inventory assets, hardware device setup, workspace readiness, and data room security compliance.
Coordinate with regional/global IT teams and third-party vendors to execute site projects and maintain SLA standards.
Drive knowledge management, process optimizations, and service delivery best practices across site operations.
