ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage department planning and delivery of flow cytometry testing services ensuring high quality and timely completion.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards including CAP, CLIA, ISO15189, and New York State Department of Health requirements.
Recruit, train, mentor, and retain laboratory technical staff and supervisors for effective departmental operations.
Track, monitor, and report performance results against established corporate targets and global production standards.
Support process improvement initiatives, audit readiness, client visits, and inter-departmental collaboration.
