ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with Commercial and Medical field leadership to address execution challenges and improve customer engagement.
Develop and refine GSK Germany's Field Force Excellence frameworks, KPIs, and operational best practices.
Analyze Veeva CRM and operational performance metrics to identify drivers of success and execution gaps.
Deliver data-driven recommendations and actionable insights to enhance field force effectiveness.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Digital & Tech, and Commercial teams to drive digital sales tool adoption.
Champion continuous learning and field force performance improvement across regional teams.
