ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop Project Management team members by fostering core competencies, professional growth, and career development.
Independently direct the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of complex global electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) studies and programs.
Serve as a strategic partner to pharmaceutical/biotech sponsors and internal stakeholders while aligned with U.S. East Coast working hours.
Manage financial aspects of assigned programs including budget reviews, revenue forecasting, scope control, and invoice reconciliation.
Operational Excellence & Quality
Review project documentation, system configurations, and study deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with applicable SOPs and regulatory standards.
Track, analyze, and report key team performance metrics and operational indicators.
Oversee the distribution, tracking, and archival of study devices, equipment, and project records.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, apply structured problem-solving, and manage issue escalations.
Client & Stakeholder Management
Present eCOA services and operational workflows during investigator meetings, site initiation meetings, and business development discussions.
Support strategic initiatives, operational readiness, and process improvement programs across the eCOA business unit.
