ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform training needs analysis, high-level and detailed design, content development, and beta testing for Imaging learning assets.
Create customer-facing training materials including eLearning courses, instructor-led presentations, reference manuals, and job aids.
Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts across Content Development, Customer Care, and Product Management teams.
Maintain working knowledge to develop learning content across therapeutic areas and product lines.
Assist in optimizing team workflows, processes, and content management procedures.
