ROLE OVERVIEW
Lead a global project management team across multiple regions to establish a center of excellence for Medical Affairs and Market Access.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Lead and develop a global team of 40-50 project managers across multiple global locations
- •Establish and maintain a Project Management Center of Excellence driving enterprise-wide standardization
- •Implement standardized project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) across portfolios
- •Partner closely with Account Managers and Medical leads to support delivery of objectives
- •Develop robust PM governance frameworks ensuring consistency in delivery and risk management
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Head of Stakeholder and Project Management • Global team size: 60-70 project managers
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 10+ years of project management experience in a multinational company
- Proven experience managing large, geographically distributed teams (30+ people preferred)
- Bachelor's degree required
- PMP or equivalent project management certification highly preferred
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or scientific discipline) preferred
- •Strong knowledge of Medical Affairs and Market Access activities
- •Spanish proficiency is a strong advantage
