ROLE OVERVIEW
Manage end-to-end revenue cycle operations and financial workflows at Aster Global Centre - India.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Handle end-to-end revenue cycle processes including billing, coding, and claims submission.
- •Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility requirements.
- •Review and resolve billing discrepancies, rejections, and denials.
- •Coordinate with internal departments and insurance payers for timely reimbursement.
- •Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and revenue reports.
- •Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and billing guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Professional Certificate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Basic understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management and medical billing.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office and healthcare database systems.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
