ROLE OVERVIEW
Drive clinical operations of assigned studies from Commit to Study Initiation through study archiving, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence.
ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
- •Lead the Operational Working Group (for in-house studies) and act as key member of Central Study Team
- •Accountable for operational delivery of clinical studies to time, quality, budget, and company standards
- •Oversee FSO vendors according to FSO handbook and participate in vendor selection
- •Ensure compliance with ICH/GCP guidelines, local regulations, and GSK SOPs
- •Drive risk management, contingency planning, and continual inspection readiness across studies
Reporting Hierarchy: Reports to Global Study Lead (GSL) • Leads Operational Working Group / Central Study Team matrix members
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related discipline
- In-depth experience in clinical research including study management, monitoring, and data management
- Strong skills and experience in project management and tools
- In-depth knowledge of GCPs and ICH guidelines
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- •Experience in multicultural settings and working with remote teams
- •Demonstrated versatility and ability to adapt to working across multiple therapeutic areas
- •Strong conceptual, analytical, and critical thinking skills

COMPENSATION & REWARDS
PLN 2.7L - 4.5L per annum

Competitive annual gross base salary range provided for Poland (PLN 269,250 to PLN 448,750) supplemented by bonuses and long-term incentives.
