Role Overview
Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is seeking a Global Scientific Content Manager for HEVA (Health Economics and Value Assessment) and PDMD (Patient-Driven Medicines Development). Based in Hyderabad, this role leads the operational delivery and strategic scientific review of high-impact medical communication resources, publications, and scientific expert engagement plans across global business units.
Core Responsibilities
Scientific Publications & Medical Communications: Drive the planning, scientific review, and end-to-end execution of strategic scientific publication plans, including manuscripts, abstracts, congress posters, oral presentations, slide decks, scientific platforms, and lexicons.
HEVA & PDMD Value Communication: Translate complex clinical findings, disease burden, unmet medical needs, patient-reported outcomes (PROs), qualitative patient research, and real-world evidence (RWE) into compelling, fair-balanced scientific narratives and value communication documents.
Scientific Review & Quality Control: Act as the primary scientific reviewer providing rigorous quality control, clinical accuracy checks, and peer review of draft publications, vendor deliverables, and digital medical assets prior to author and stakeholder circulation.
Scientific Expert & Multichannel Engagement: Support integrated strategies for international key opinion leader (KOL) mapping, advisory board execution, scientific congress symposia, medical booth materials, and patient advocacy interactions.
Cross-Functional & Matrix Leadership: Collaborate with global medical affairs, HEVA/PDMD research teams, marketing, regulatory affairs, and external medical communication agencies to maintain alignment and operational consistency.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to Good Publication Practice (GPP4), ICMJE standards, Sunshine Act reporting, corporate SOPs, and international data transparency regulations.
Technical & Domain Standards
Publication & Content Platforms: Deep operational familiarity with medical publication management tools including Datavision/iEnvision, Veeva PromoMats, and CRM platforms.
Digital Medical Innovations: Spearhead modern digital enhancements for medical dissemination, such as video abstracts, podcasts, infographics, plain language summaries (PLS), and interactive microsites.
