ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Act as the project lead for large, complex advanced analytics client engagements, ensuring on-time delivery, high analytical rigor, and adherence to IQVIA quality standards.
Take ownership of overall outcomes, deliverables, and strategic recommendations generated from advanced analytics solutions.
Manage multiple cross-functional team members and project streams, structuring work allocations and driving high team motivation and productivity.
Review completed analytical models, decks, and technical reports to ensure full compliance with internal quality and client specifications.
Identify, develop, and deliver training programs on specialized analytical topics, consulting frameworks, and technical toolsets to upskill junior talent.
Drive project flow improvisations, process automations, research writing, and enhanced data representation techniques across IQVIA offerings.
Build and maintain robust stakeholder relationships, fostering cross-team collaboration and proactively identifying new business opportunities during client interactions.
Technical & Domain Standards
Deep expertise in healthcare, pharmaceutical, and life sciences analytics methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in data-driven consulting, statistical modeling, data synthesis, and advanced analytics frameworks.
Proven ability to design and implement workflow automations and data visualization optimizations.
Strong foundation in life sciences business processes, commercial decision drivers, and market dynamics.
