Executive Quality Control

Conduct chemical and instrumental quality control testing on stability samples and finished pharmaceutical products in accordance with Standard Testing Procedures (STPs) and product specifications within the Hormone block.

Perform routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory analytical instruments, including analytical balances, pH meters, and conductivity meters.

Execute timely sample charging, withdrawal, sample reconciliation, and destruction of stability samples from stability chambers, documenting all activities within designated timelines.

Input, track, and maintain accurate laboratory and stability data in enterprise digital systems such as Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).

Evaluate analytical test results against established SOPs and specifications, reporting any Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT), or procedural abnormalities immediately to supervisors.

Review external laboratory analytical reports for finished products and stability samples to verify compliance against technical specifications.

Enforce strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) across all daily analytical workflows.

Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive GMP documentation, supporting Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and change management protocols.

Align laboratory operations with global regulatory standards (including USFDA and MHRA guidelines) and corporate Code of Business Conduct (COBC) mandates.

Participate actively in site regulatory inspections and customer quality audits.

Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance across all testing logs to protect drug product safety and market distribution timelines.
