ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Direct the delivery, lifecycle management, and operational implementation of enterprise voice, video, and contact center services across the APAC region.
Lead incident crisis management and escalations, driving rapid resolution with vendors and business partners.
Oversee technical infrastructure deployment for M&A, divestitures, and site closures within project timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with Product/Delivery Managers and vendor partners to ensure optimal design, automation, monitoring, and performance metrics.
Partner with regional and global leadership to champion continuous service improvement and optimize end-user experience.
