ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement risk models to mitigate potential supply chain disruptions for AstraZeneca's Cell Therapy portfolio.
Strategically evaluate N-2 supply chain suppliers and integrate them into portfolio risk management framework.
Conduct supplier performance evaluations across quality, delivery, cost, sustainability, and compliance metrics.
Develop customized supplier improvement plans, leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.
Partner with Technical, Quality, Regulatory, and Sourcing teams to optimize supplier performance and reduce COGS.
Build, mentor, and lead a supplier development team to drive continuous improvement and supply chain resilience.
