ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft, review, negotiate, and process Start Up Agreements (SUAs), Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), and Work Orders (WOs) adhering to standard playbooks.
Handle and process Change Orders (COs) and assist senior contract leads in negotiating Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
Maintain, track, and update contract cases, key terms, and execution records in Salesforce with high data precision.
Manage centralized contracts mailbox triaging and oversee electronic signature workflows and approval documentation.
Escalate non-standard contract terms to subject matter experts and participate in departmental audit and process improvement initiatives.
