ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support Purchase Info Records (PIRs) for direct materials, conducting audits, resolving PO creation errors, and updating records for procurement projects.
Drive data governance and compliance, conducting routine audits to eliminate data inconsistencies across SAP Material Management systems.
Maintain e-procurement marketplace partnerships and optimize product information, catalogue publication, and lifecycle retirement processes.
Analyze procurement metrics, generating regular reports on catalogue performance, marketplace usage, and item master list accuracy.
