ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of digital procurement catalogues, item master lists, and Purchasing Info Records (PIRs).
Collaborate with external suppliers to obtain catalogue updates, resolve pricing discrepancies, and manage product lifecycles.
Enforce procurement data governance, conduct regular audits, and resolve Purchase Order creation errors driven by PIR issues.
Manage relationships with e-procurement marketplace providers to ensure high product data quality and resolve platform issues.
Produce analytics reports on catalogue performance, marketplace utilization, and item master accuracy to optimize procurement operations.
