ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
Support and deliver Consumer Health Data & Analytics consulting engagements across Benelux (BE) and broader European (EU) healthcare markets.
Conduct comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analyses covering consumer trends, OTC/consumer health categories, sales figures, and commercial performance metrics.
Translate complex data and analytical findings into executive storylines, actionable business recommendations, and client-facing presentations.
Support commercial market assessments, category performance tracking, consumer segmentation, and growth opportunity evaluations.
Create structured, client-ready PowerPoint deliverables synthesizing high volumes of commercial intelligence into clear, impactful narratives.
Manage and deliver on multiple concurrent client engagements while maintaining rigorous quality control and meeting strict delivery timelines.
Collaborate closely with onshore European consulting leaders, cross-functional analytics teams, and client stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
Technical & Domain Standards
Strong expertise in commercial analytics, consumer health market dynamics, and pharmaceutical category performance measurement.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex data manipulation, quantitative modeling, and performance reporting.
Advanced executive presentation structuring and storyboarding capability using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of SQL for database querying and data extraction, along with exposure to Python for automated data processing.
Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
Leadership & Collaboration
Partner effectively with onshore consulting teams in Benelux and other EU geographies, ensuring clear communication and delivery alignment.
Proactively identify project dependencies, data risks, and workflow improvement opportunities across analytics workstreams.
Contribute to collaborative delivery environments, client discussions, and strategic consulting framework development.
