ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and execute local hub stakeholder and employee engagement plans aligned with global business operations strategy.
Manage hub internal communications channels, newsletters, executive briefings, intranet content, and town halls.
Coordinate large-scale employee engagement events, CSR programs, family days, and core employee club initiatives.
Act as trusted internal communications advisor to the Hyderabad Hub Head and leadership teams.
Gather employee feedback via surveys and metrics to drive continuous culture and workplace experience improvements.
