ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and execute local hub stakeholder and employee engagement strategies, event roadmaps, communications plans, and CSR initiatives.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the Hub Head, leadership teams, and functional leads on internal communications and employee engagement matters.
Manage end-to-end event logistics and content creation for town halls, annual meets, leadership visits, family days, and team-building activities.
Oversee internal communication channels, intranet content, newsletters, and digital tools while collecting employee feedback to refine culture initiatives.
Collaborate with agency partners, local hub operations teams, and global business operations to ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
