ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide operational, project coordination, and communication support to I&I Clinical Development leadership.
Manage leadership team meetings, agenda setting, action tracking, and serve as an AI coach to drive AI integration across teams.
Assist with budget tracking, purchase requests, invoice processing, vendor agreements, and operational dashboard maintenance.
Draft stakeholder communications, newsletters, and maintain departmental knowledge repositories such as SharePoint and Teams.
