ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Validate and track database processes for quota and variable compensation calculations.
Prepare reports and analytical insights for internal and external stakeholders.
Perform system testing, user acceptance, and project validation within the team.
Discuss and refine logic for quota calculations and incentive compensation with clients.
Serve as a primary interface for data and information exchange between IQVIA and clients.
Provide ongoing operational support to client sales forces, managers, and executives.
Execute client campaign routines (annual, quarterly, and monthly sales campaigns, PLR calculations).
Review and validate final calculation deliverables provided to clients.
Assess and document client scope change requests.
