ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES

Role Overview

Stryker is seeking an entry-level Associate - MPS (Medical Professional Services / Medical Education) to join its team on-site in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. In this high-mobility, customer-facing operational role (up to 80% travel), you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of Medical Education courses, healthcare professional (HCP) training programs, and marketing-related events aligned with Stryker's commercial and clinical strategy.

Core Responsibilities

Medical Education & Training Coordination: Support the end-to-end planning, logistical execution, and coordination of Medical Education courses, specialized product training workshops, and clinical skill development programs for healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Data Gathering & Program Metrics: Collect, organize, and synthesize post-program feedback, attendance data, and educational outcomes from Medical Education sessions to measure impact and refine future program design.
Event & Program Operations: Assist in executing marketing- and sales-related clinical events, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, medical device regulations, and internal standard operating procedures.
Budget & Resource Tracking: Support Medical Education program budgeting, invoice tracking, and vendor coordination in alignment with divisional financial processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, clinical marketing, and regional teams to understand customer profiles, clinical training requirements, and competitive dynamics.

Working Conditions & Travel

Full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, India.
High travel requirement of approximately 80% to support on-ground workshops, hospital visits, and clinical training sessions.
