ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as Subject Matter Expert for logistics, stores management, and import/export operations, ensuring strict compliance with Customs, SEZ, and STPI regulations.
Oversee end-to-end inventory management, cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and material handling across warehouse facilities.
Manage movement and tracking of R&D assets, equipment, and regulated materials across multi-site locations and external partners.
Oversee 3PL service providers, CHAs, and logistics vendors through SLAs, performance metrics, and cost optimization initiatives.
Lead a team of contractors across Gurgaon and Bangalore while maintaining audit-ready documentation for QMS and regulatory standards.
Serve as primary point of contact for SEZ operations, coordinating with Tax, Finance, RAQA, and government authorities.
