ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead enterprise ServiceNow (Optimus) platform delivery, release engineering, and ITSM operational workflows across global business units.
Drive platform stability, SLA performance, root cause analysis, and gap resolution across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, HAM, and CMDB modules.
Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams of ServiceNow platform engineers and operations specialists in India.
Champion platform automation, self-service adoption, and agentic AI integration using ServiceNow Now Assist and AI agents.
Establish governance frameworks, capacity planning, and compliance with pharmaceutical quality and security standards.
Collaborate with global architecture, cybersecurity, and Service Management Office (SMO) stakeholders across multiple time zones.
