ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the Global Internal Audit team in Hyderabad, overseeing financial, operational, compliance, IT, and third-party risk audits across business units.
Manage all audit phases, including dynamic risk assessments, executing audit procedures, and delivering value-add audit reports.
Drive the adoption of data analytics and generative AI strategies to enhance audit speed, efficiency, and data-driven risk insights.
Coach, mentor, and perform HR management for direct reports and co-sourced resources, maintaining IIA and company standards.
Partner with executive leadership to develop risk-based dynamic audit plans and facilitate department process improvements.
