ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and expand the BMS Foundation strategic portfolio in India across Adult Cancers (MLCCP) and Pediatric Cancers/Blood Disorders (HOPE).
Manage full grant lifecycle including RFPs, due diligence, selection, monitoring, evaluation, close-out, and regulatory compliance.
Represent the Foundation externally with government agencies, academic hubs, and health system partners to drive public health impact.
Oversee portfolio risk management, compliance governance, budget reallocations, and program evaluation frameworks.
Direct, coach, and mentor in-country program teams and align portfolio activities with global Foundation goals.
