ROLE DEFINITION & RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Assoc Product Ops Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
Assist in documenting business and functional requirements.
Support the translation of business needs into system solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders.
Configure and maintain enterprise applications.
Support system integrations across clinical, finance, procurement, and enterprise platforms.
Assist with data migration, validation, and quality checks.
Generate reports and dashboards for operational insights.
Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment activities.
Troubleshoot routine application issues and escalate complex problems.
Prepare user documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.

COMPENSATION & REWARDS
